How long does shipping take?

The delivery time is usually 4-6 days, for shipments outside Germany it may take longer. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination. No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

How much are the shipping costs and to which countries does it ship?

Germany:
We deliver free of charge within Germany for purchases over 49€.
For purchases under 49€, shipping costs 3.99€.
EU countries:
We deliver free of charge for purchases over 69€.
For purchases under 69€, shipping costs 6.99€.
International:
We deliver free of charge for purchases over 69€.
For purchases under 69€, shipping is 9.99€.

How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders are usually forwarded to our shipping center and then to the parcel service provider within 48 hours. Delays may occur due to stock levels and depending on the country of delivery. You will receive a notification by email to your registered email address as soon as the shipment has been sent.
